We generally process and pack your order within 24 hours of receipt, assuming all items are in stock, however this is a hobby and not my main source of living. We drop off all packages at the post office once day a week, usually on a Monday. Sometimes our schedule changes so that day of the week may change or we may make it the post office three times in one week, But the minimum is one day a week to the Post Office. We pride ourselves on getting our customers their order as fast as possible. In some cases an item may be listed as in-stock on our site but not physically in our facility, in which a shipping delay may occur.

Refused Orders
If you place an order and it comes back refused, you will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any shipping charges we incur to get the package back.

Canceled Orders
If you place an order and wish to cancel you will be given a full refund provided you cancel before a shipping label is generated. Once a shipping label with a tracking number has been generated than the shipping charges that occurred will no longer be refundable whether the order has shipped or not. WGSH also reserves the right to cancel any future orders that may be placed by a customer who canceled on a past order. 

Return Policy
If you received an item and wish to return it, contact us immediately. You have 7 days to do so starting from the day you received the item. Any request past the 7 days of receiving an item will be denied.

Website Errors:

If a website pricing error occurs We reserve the right to cancel orders that were ordered at the incorrect pricing and will provide a full refund.
