Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. That email contains your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

How to track your order

1. Check your email – Look for a shipping confirmation email from World's Greatest Superheroes. It will include your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
2. Click the tracking link – The link in the email will take you directly to the carrier's tracking page so you can see the latest status of your shipment.
3. Visit your order status page – You can also check your order status at any time by clicking the "View your order" link in any of your order emails, or by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also find it by:

• Logging into your account and clicking on the relevant order
• Clicking "View your order" in any order-related email you received from us
